I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run which had just occurred in front of 518 Mill Ave S Renton/King/WA.The victim, Kelly M Farrell DOB: 5/5/1953 was calling to report that a white vehicle had struck his black 2014 Cadillac CTS WA/BXF2585 while he was attempting to make a left turn. Kelly believed the suspect vehicle was parked in the parking lot of 606 Mill Ave S. I met Kelly at the location, and he showed me the damage to the driver side front quarter panel of his vehicle. He said that he had slowed down to make a left turn into his garage and the suspect vehicle had tried to pass him on the left and collided with him. Kelly said he was not injured. Kelly said the suspect driver exited the vehicle,yelled at him about turning in front of her, and then fled the scene south on Mill Ave. He described her as a possibly Hispanic female, medium build, approximately 30 years old, with black hair. He said that he knew the suspect vehicle was parked in the parking lot of 606 Mill Ave S and he believed that he had located it. He showed me pictures of a white Toyota Tacoma with damage to the front passenger side quarter panel. Kelly advised he had a piece of the suspect vehicle in his garage, the piece appeared to be from a front bumper and was white in color. I then drove up to 606 Mill Ave S and looked at the Toyota Tacoma, it was obvious the damage was old and their red paint transfer. It was clear the Tacoma had not been involved in this hit and run. I looked across the parking lot and saw a white van, I could see damage to the front bumper. I was able to match the piece that Kelly gave me to the passenger side front bumper of the 2008 This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State. !declare underpenalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct. There was black paint transfer in the damage as well.The vehicle was registered to a Dennis W Hamilton DOB: 12/31/1946 at 13213 87th PL S Renton WA. I looked thought the window and was able to see mail on the passenger seat with Dennis's name and address. I took photographs of the victim vehicle as well as the suspect vehicle and how the damaged piece matched the Sienna. I uploaded these photos into Axon Evidence. I performed a LiNX check and was able to find a phone number for Dennis, I did not receive any answer. On 8/19/2025 1 went back and checked 606 Mill Ave S for the Sienna and was not able to locate it. I went to the registered address for the Sienna and did not receive an answer at the travel trailer door on the property, 1 also did not see the Sienna on the property.
