Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 08-15-2025 at approximately 1731 hours, I was dispatched to a two vehicle in the 1100 block of S Puget
Drive, in the City of Renton, County of King.
I arrived and spoke with both drivers independently and they had conflicting statements. Both drivers were
identified with a WA State driver license. Driver 1 said he was driving EB on S Puget drive in the right lane
when Driver 2 hit the side of his vehicle. Driver 2 said he was driving EB in the left lane when driver 1 hit his
vehicle.
There were no independent witnesses at the scene. I was not able to determine the proximate cause of the
collision. Both drivers had vehicle insurance. There were no injuries and the damage appeared to be minor.
This contact was recorded via my Axon body warn camera and is a summary of my contact and not verbatim.
