Door(s) Rear Collision 2025-00007253 Paqe 3 OF 5 Case Number 2025-00007253 Officer Narrative Narrative 25-7253 On 08-20-2025 at approximately 0001 hours I was dispatched to a recent hit and run at 921 S 34th PI in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington. Initial call details indicated that 4 ago,there was a hit and run to multiple parked vehicles.The suspect vehicle had left the neighborhood in an unknown direction. The suspect vehicle was described as dark blue sedan with unknown license plate information. Upon my arrival I did not observe any vehicles matching the description of the suspect vehicle. I observed two vehicles that appeared to be damaged on S 34th PI. One was a white Toyota Camry with WA plate#CET2332 (unit#3) and the other was a gray Toyota Camry with WA plate#812ZIH (unit#2).The damage to both vehicles appeared to be isolated to the driver side rear bumpers. I spoke with the owner of unit#3, identified by her WADL as Shukri A. Farah (DOB 10-19-1998), along with her sisters/witnesses, identified by their WADL's as Asha A. Farah (DOB 11-06-1999) and Ayan J.Abdi (DOB 01-14-2005). Shukri said she was upstairs in her bedroom when she observed the unit#1,gray/navy sedan (possibly Honda),travel westbound on S 34th PI and strike unit#2. Unit#1 then reversed and struck unit#3 before continuing westbound towards the dead end of S 34th PI. Shukri believed unit#1 was attempting to do a U-turn before proceeding westbound on S 34th PI. unit#1 came back eastbound on S 34th PI and proceeded south on Wells Ave S. She advised unit#1 did not attempt to stop and exchange information. She said she did not wish to assist with prosecution. Asha said she was in the hallway near the kitchen when she saw the lights from the suspect vehicle. She heard her sister begin to yell and proceeded to head outside. She described the suspect as a black male, puffy hair and wearing a red shirt. Asha and Shuki described the suspect driver as being in his 20's and looked young. Ayan was in the bedroom with Shukri and observed unit#1 strike unit#2 and unit#3.Ayan, Shukri, and Asha advised they would not be able to identify the driver of unit#1. Shukri had video of unit#1 fleeing the scene. Unit#1 appeared to be a blue sedan, unknown make, model or license plate. I sent her a citizen link to upload the video on her phone. She later uploaded the video along with still shots of unit#1. I took photos of unit#2 and unit#3 and uploaded them to Evidence.com. During this incident, 1 was equipped with a body-worn camera,which records both audio and video.This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not intended to be an exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured with the recording system.
