Narrative
On 08/20/2025 at approximately 1910 hours I was dispatched to a Hit and Run at Angelos Pizza,
3809 NE 4th Street, in the City of Renton, King County,WA.
Upon arrival, I contacted Becky Bales (DOB 01/24/1981),who drives a black Honda Civic
(WA/BCW8851).
Bales advised she was backing out of a parking space. Bates saw a red Ford F-150
(WA/D39059G)traveling eastbound through the parking lot, so Bales stopped her vehicle.The
F-150 continued to travel past Bales, striking her Honda on the rear bumper.The driver of the
F-150 stopped for a moment.The driver was described as a Hispanic male who only spoke
Spanish.The male advised Bales that he didn't have insurance through google translate.The
male abruptly left the area without exchanging other information with Bales.
The Honda had minor damage on the driver side rear bumper and was able to drive under its
own power.
I provided Bales with my business card and case number.
