DLState DLExp Address Primary Phone&Type AdditionalContact Number&Type Additional Contact Number&Type Race Sex DOB- Height Weight Even Hair Collision 2025-00007362 Paqe 2 OF 4 Case Number 2025-00007362 Officer Narrative Narrative 25-7362 On 08/23/2025 at approximately 1729 hours, I was dispatched to a hit and run collision that occurred at Sunset Blvd NE and NE 10th PI, within the city of Renton, King County, state of Washington. The victims were later verbally identified as OCEANNA C. HUMBERT (DOB: 08/29/2003), CONNER M. VANHOUSEN (DOB: 09/11/2000), and WILLOW VANHOUSEN (DOB: 06/07/2025). The victim vehicle was identified as 2018 HYUNDAI SONATA (WA: A8573306). I contacted Oceanna and Conner via my department-issued cellphone. In summary, at approximately 1845 hours, Oceanna was driving southbound on Sunset Blvd NE and started turning eastbound (left)on NE 10th PI. A black Harley Davidson-type motorcycle with a partial license plate of WA: 47 was also driving southbound on Sunset Blvd Ne, crossed the double-yellow lane divider, and swiped Oceanna's vehicle as she was driving. There was minor damage to the Hyundai's front left bumper and minor damage to the motorcycle's right saddle bag. The two vehicles pulled over. The motorcycle driver briefly checked on Oceanna and then took off southbound on Sunset Blvd NE. The driver was described as a white male, middle-aged, thin-build, riding without a helmet, and wearing a gray t-shirt. Oceanna was seated in the driver's seat and Willow was seated in a car-seat in the rear right seat. Neither Oceanna nor Willow were injured, and Oceanna denied medical attention. And Conner was not involved but he's the registered owner of the vehicle. Oceanna and Conner did not want to pursue charges and only wanted the incident documented for insurance purposes. I checked Flock Cameras and were unable to locate a motorcycle matching the description. This report is for documentation only. This concludes my involvement on today's date.
