The Committee further recommends placing the ordinance regarding this matter be presented for first reading. MOVED BY CORMAN, SECONDED BY PAVONE, COUNCIL CONCUR IN THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION. CARRIED. b) Ordinance No. 5781:An ordinance was read amending Section 4-1-220, Property Tax Exemption For Multi-Family Housing In Residential Targeted Areas, of Chapter 1, Administration and Enforcement, of Title IV (Development Regulations) of the Renton Municipal Code, by extending the property tax exemption. CARRIED. c) Ordinance No. 5782: An ordinance was read amending Section 4-1-210, Waived Fees, of Chapter 1, Administration and Enforcement, of Title IV (Development Regulations) of the Renton Municipal Code, by extending the waiver of certain development and mitigation fees.
