"Chip" Vincent, CED Administrator STAFF CONTACT: Angie Mathias, Long Range Planning Manager SUBJECT: Parker Annexation—60% Petition is Insufficient The King County Assessor's Office has made their determination regarding the Annexation Petition Certification issued for the Parker Annexation. The Assessor's Office found that the required 60% of the assessed valuation was not met and is therefore insufficient (See Attached). The Department of Assessments has not verified that the signatures on the petition are valid through comparison with any record of the actual signatures, nor that the signatures were obtained or submitted in an appropriate time-frame and this document does not certify such to be the case.
