On 08/24/2025 at approximately 2152 hours, I was working as a Police Officer for the City of Renton.
While working I was dispatched to an accident at 1927 Aberdeen Ave NE, located in the City of
Renton, King County, Washington.
The notes of the call stated that there was a two-motor vehicle accident in front of the location.
I arrived on scene and identified all involved parties.
Unit 1: Peggy L. Moore (DOB: 05/17/1955) operating a black 2015 Audi A3 (WA LIC: ARC7922)
Unit 2: Bowen A. Mcconville (DOB: 09/23/1999) operating a blue 2018 Ford F150 (WA LIC: C93254N)
Both units reported the same sequence of events. Unit 2 was attempting to back up the F150 with a
boat trailer attached into the driveway of 1927 Aberdeen Ave NE. Unit 2 was facing eastbound
blocking the northbound and southbound lanes on Aberdeen Ave NE. Unit 1 was driving southbound
on Aberdeen Ave NE approaching Unit 2. Unit 1 did not see Unit 2 and collided with the rear driver's
side door of Unit 2 at approximately 25mph.
Neither party was injured, and both vehicles were still operable. Unit 2 had a minor dent to the rear
driver's side door. Unit 1 had a minor dent to the driver's side front bumper and the driver's side
headlight was shattered.
Both parties had insurance and exchanged information at the scene.
There is no further information at this time.
