DLState DLExp Address Primary Phone&Type AdditionalContact Number&Type Additional Contact Number&Type Race Sex DOB- Height Weight Even Hair Collision 2025-00007397 Paqe 2 OF 4 Case Number 2025-00007397 Officer Narrative Narrative 25-7397 On 08-24-2025 at approximately 2344 hours I was dispatched to a hit and run report located at 116th Ave SE and SE Petrovitsky Rd in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.The report was to be handled by phone. I contacted the driver of unit#2/reporting party, verbally identified as Betty S. Mak(DOB 12-10-1965). She said she was at the light facing southbound on 116th Ave SE and SE Petrovitsky Rd. Her light turned green, and she proceeded south bound through the intersection. While traveling through the intersection, unit#1 was traveling west to east on SE Petrovitsky Rd and collided with Mak's vehicle causing Mak's front license plate to be knocked off her vehicle as well as damage to her front bumper. Mak said the collision occurred sometime between 2209 and 2211 hours. She could only describe unit#1 as an off-color white sedan (unknown make, model or license plate). She was not able to see the driver of unit#1. Unit#1 slowed after the collision, but did not make any attempts to exchange information with Mak. Mak advised the damage to unit#1 would be along the driver side. Mak advised everyone in unit#2 was wearing their seatbelts and were not injured. A witness was standing at the intersection at the time of the accident.They provided their first name and phone number to Mak which she provided to me (Jeremiah: 253-452-5005). Due to the time of day, I did not reach out to the witness. Follow up is needed to contact the witness to gather their statement as well as check the traffic cameras at the above intersection to see if it captured the incident. At this time, Mak is unsure if she would be willing to assist with prosecution.
