Good afternoon Eric,
I received this submittal for the new street lights on 10th for the Hazen and hoping you could take a look at it. Reminder that these pedestrian lights are more the downtown standard
versus our residential standard as the district likes to have additional light along the school routes where possible.
Also, wondering if we could get some information on light 1362D on the east side of Hoquiam for photometric analysis of the crosswalk at Hoquiam/NE 11th Ct. The info they requested
is: Wattage, Lumen output, Lighting distribution type (e.g., Type 3, Type 4, etc.), Make (optional, but helpful), Manufacturer (optional, but helpful).
Thank you.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for taking the time to meet with us today. Following up on our discussion, please find attached my revised Sheet E101. I’ve incorporated the wiring diagram, wiring schedule,
and luminaire schedule revisions. Please let me know if any additional changes are needed to bring this document up to City standards. I will include a professional engineer stamp with
the official drawing submittal.
You also mentioned having light fixture information for the pole near the crosswalk on Hoquiam Ave. If available, could you please provide the following details?
* Wattage
* Lumen output
* Lighting distribution type (e.g., Type 3, Type 4, etc.)
* Make (optional, but helpful)
* Manufacturer (optional, but helpful)
Additionally, please see the attached pedestrian luminaire submittal along with our initial comments. Let me know if you have any comments/concerns with this submittal. Is there an official
process for getting an alternative luminaire approved as an equivalent?
Best,
Nate Shubert
