DL State DLExp Address Primary Phone&Type AdditionalContact Number&Type Additional Contact Number&Type Race Sex DOB- Height Weight Even Hair Collision 2025-00007432 Paqe 2 OF 5 Case Number 2025-00007432 Officer Narrative Narrative ASSIGNMENT/ARRIVAL On 08/25/2025 at approximately 1454 hours, I was dispatched to a three-vehicle hit and run collision in the 1000 block of Talbot Road S at the on-ramp for the 1-405 in the city of Renton, King County,Washington. I arrived at approximately 1502 hours. UNIT 1: NISSAN SENTRA The fleeing vehicle was described as a mid-2010's Nissan Sentra with front end damage (Unit 1). Unit 1 was not at the scene, and fled prior to my arrival without exchanging information with any of the other involved driver. UNIT 2:TOYOTA SIENNA I observed a green 2002 Toyota Sienna (WA/078ZDF, Unit 2) stopped near the intersection of S 15th Street and Talbot Road S. Unit 2 had been moved from its point of rest prior to my arrival. Unit 2's rear bumper was damaged and bent downward. Unit 2's trunk-lid was dented at the bottom lip. Unit 2 had minor damage (scrapes)to the front bumper. UNIT 3: CHEVROLET SUBURBAN I observed a black 2025 Chevrolet Suburban (WA Temporary License/A8625806) stopped in front of Unit 2. Unit 3 had been moved from its point of rest prior to my arrival. Unit 3's rear bumper hitch receiver cover was scratched and dented. DRIVER 1: UNKNOWN SUSPECT This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State. !declare underpenalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct. Officer: Gorajewski, Raymond #R12399 Reviewed By: Summers, Paul D Date/Time: 08/25/2025 06:29 Collision 2025-00007432 Paqe 3 OF 5 Case Number 2025-00007432 Officer Narrative-Continued The driver of Unit 1 fled to my arrival and did not stop to exchange information with any other involved party.The driver was described as a young black male. DRIVER 2:WANG JIN-KUO I contacted Jin-Kuo Wang(DOB: 03/31/1971) near Unit 2. 1 identified Wang by his valid Washington Driver License and established him as the driver of Unit 2 by his admission.Wang was not injured in the collision. The following is a summary of my conversation with Wang: Wang drove Unit 2 and was stopped facing south in the southbound left-turn lane of Talbot Road S to turn onto the northbound 1-405 on-ramp. Unit 2 was stopped behind Unit 3. Unit 1 drove behind Unit 2 and failed to stop when Unit 2 stopped for traffic. Unit 1's front bumper collided with Unit 2's rear bumper.The force of the collision caused Unit 2 to move forward and collide with Unit 3's rear bumper. Unit 1 immediately fled the scene south on Talbot Road S and out of sight.Wang would not be able to identify Unit 1's driver. This concluded my conversation with Wang. DRIVER 3: ROBERSON,JEREMIAH J. I contacted Jeremiah J. Roberson (DOB: 06/28/1975) in Unit 3's driver seat. I identified Roberson by his valid Washington Driver License and established him as the driver of Unit 3 by his admission. Roberson was not injured in the collision. Roberson would not be able to identify the driver of Unit 1. Roberson believed he would be able to identify the driver of Unit 1, and took photos and a video of Unit 1 as it fled. EVIDENCE Ethan uploaded two photographs and a video he took with his cell phone of Unit 1 as it fled the scene via Axon Community Request link. I am unable to make out the license plate from the photos or the video. DISPOSITION This concluded my involvement in this case.
