This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to TAG-24-004 with SmartSheet
(paid via US Bank – OneCard). This packet authorizes Invoice # INV2504193, in the amount
of $4,023.74, for the annual renewal of our SmartSheet licensing. The current renewal term
is 08/27/2025 –08/26/2026.
SmartSheet software is used by city staffas a project management and task tracking tool.
