FLOW CONTROL: THE PROJECT PROPOSES MORE THAN 5,000 SQUARE FEET OF NEW PLUS REPLACED IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AND IS LOCATED IN THE PEAK FLOW RATE CONTROL STANDARD AREA. TARGET SURFACES DO NOT GENERATE MORE THAN A 0.15-CFS INCREASE IN THE EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS 100-YR PEAK FLOW, THEREFORE FLOW CONTROL IS NOT REQUIRED. 8.2. WATER QUALITY: THE PROJECT PROPOSES LESS THAN 5,000 SQUARE FEET OF NEW PLUS REPLACED IMPERVIOUS SURFACE (PGIS), AND LESS THAN % ACRES OF POLLUTANT GENERATION PERVIOUS SURFACE (PGPS), THEREFORE WATER QUALITY IS NOT REQUIRED. 8.3. ON -SITE BMPS: THE PROJECT PROPOSES MORE THAN 2,000-SF OF NEW PLUS IMPERVIOUS SURFACE, THEREFORE ON -SITE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT (OSM) IS REQUIRED. ALL AVAILABLE OSM BMP'S WERE EVALUATED AND ARE NOT FEASIBLE FOR THE SITE. 8.4.
