4. PRIOR TO DEMOLITION, CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY AND LOCATE ALL EXISTING UTILITIES TO REMAIN
WITHIN AND ADJACENT TO LIMIT OF WORK.
5. ALL EXISTING PAVEMENT STRIPING DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE REPLACED IN KIND.
PRODUCTS SHALL BE PER CITY OF RENTON PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT STANDARD PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS, AND WSDOT STANDARD PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A
PAVEMENT RESTORATION PLAN INCLUDING, CUTTING AND JOINTING, FOR ALL PAVEMENT BEING
DISTURBED.
6. FULL DEPTH PAVEMENT REPLACEMENT, AND TRENCH RESTORATION AT UTILITY CUTS, SHALL BE PER CITY
OF RENTON STD DETAILS. PAVEMENT SECTION SHALL BE PER CITY OF RENTON STD DETAILS, OR MATCH

8. THE RENTON MARKET AND PIAllA PROJECT IS REQUIRED TO MEET STORMWATER REQUIREMENTS PER
THE 2022 CITY OF RENTON SURFACE WATER DESIGN MANUAL (RSWDM).
8.1. FLOW CONTROL: THE PROJECT PROPOSES MORE THAN 5,000 SQUARE FEET OF NEW PLUS REPLACED
IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AND IS LOCATED IN THE PEAK FLOW RATE CONTROL STANDARD AREA. TARGET
SURFACES DO NOT GENERATE MORE THAN A 0.15-CFS INCREASE IN THE EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS
100-YR PEAK FLOW, THEREFORE FLOW CONTROL IS NOT REQUIRED.
8.2. WATER QUALITY: THE PROJECT PROPOSES LESS THAN 5,000 SQUARE FEET OF NEW PLUS REPLACED
IMPERVIOUS SURFACE (PGIS), AND LESS THAN % ACRES OF POLLUTANT GENERATION PERVIOUS
SURFACE (PGPS), THEREFORE WATER QUALITY IS NOT REQUIRED.
8.3. ON -SITE BMPS: THE PROJECT PROPOSES MORE THAN 2,000-SF OF NEW PLUS IMPERVIOUS SURFACE,
THEREFORE ON -SITE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT (OSM) IS REQUIRED. ALL AVAILABLE OSM BMP'S
WERE EVALUATED AND ARE NOT FEASIBLE FOR THE SITE.
8.4. THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN AN AQUIFER PROTECTION AREA, THEREFORE STORMWATER MITIGATION
FACILITIES SHALL NOT INFILTRATE AND SHALL BE COLLECTED VIA STORMWATER CONVEYANCE AND
DISCHARGE TO THE CITY MAIN.
9. GREASE INTERCEPTOR SIZE AND VAULT PER MECHANICAL.
10. ELECTRICAL SERVICE FOR THE SITE IS PER ELECTRICAL.
11. STORM, SEWER, AND WATER INFRASTRUCTURE SHALL BE PER CITY OF RENTON STANDARDS AND WSDOT
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
