AGREEMENT WITH NORTH RENTON NEIGHBORHOOD
ASSOCIATION, CAG-25-275
THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as August 27, 2025, is by and between the
City of Renton (the "City"), a Washington municipal corporation, and Evendell HOA ("Grantee")
a recognized neighborhood in the City of Renton. City and the Grantee are referred to collectively
in this Amendment as the "Parties."
Whereas, the Parties executed a Neighborhood Grant Program Agreement on August 21, 2025
(CAG-25-275) (the "Agreement") and the Parties desire to amend the date the Grantee's Project
must be complete;
NOW THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed upon that the Agreement is amended as follows:
1. Approved Completion Date: Section 2, Timeline, of the Agreement is modified to extend
the required completion date. The Project must be complete by September 6, 2025.
2.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.
