On 09/02/2025 at approximately 1656 hours, I was dispatched to Walmart located at 743 Rainier Ave S in
the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington for a recent hit and run with no injuries.
I contacted unit 2 Marlon Antone Turner(DOB 06/13/1977) by phone as he and his wife had already left
the parking lot.
Marlon is the registered owner of a silver 2018 Chevy Traverse(BNJ8856/WA)VIN 1GNEVKKW4JJ100447.
He and his wife were exiting a parking space at approximately 1655 hours just south of the garden center
when a black 2023 Dodge Charger(CSG4165/WA)VIN/2C3CDXCT5PH598693 had collided into the front
driver's side of Marlons vehicle.The damage was estimated at$1000.
Marlon and his wife were able to get a photo of the vehicle and stated that they would be able to identify the
driver.
The driver was described as a black male, clean shaved,25-30 years old weighing approximately 230lbs. He was
wearing a green and blue polo shirt.
After the black male driver hit the vehicle, he backed up and exited the parking lot at a high rate of speed.
The charger was last viewed on the flock cameras heading west bound on SW 7th St at 1611 hours.
The registered owner to the Dodge Charger is a Dyshay Carter(DOB UNK) out of Seattle.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

Marlon uploaded the pictures of the suspect vehicle to the axon link I provided.
I provided the case number over the phone to Marlon.
Unit#1 (SUSPECT)committed one (1)count of Hit-and-Run—Attended by being involved in an accident
with another vehicle,which is attended, and failing to stop and remain at the scene until fulfilling all
statutory duties(provide name, address, insurance company, policy,vehicle license, exhibit driver's
License and render reasonable assistance to any person injured).
