On 09/02/2025 at approximately 1917 hours, I was dispatched to the intersection of s 199th St and Talbot
Rd S in the City of Renton, County of King,State of Washington for a collision with no injuries.
I contacted the driver of unit 2 by phone as both parties had left the scene. Unit 2 driver was Amina Kalaw
Aden (DOB 10/20/1979)verbally identified over the phone.Amina was driving her gray 2024 Hyundai
Tucson (CKM7268/WA) VIN/5NMJBCDEXRH318727, south on Talbot Rd S and attempting to turn east onto S
55th St. While unit 2 was waiting to turn left, unit 1 failed to stop and collided into the back of unit 1.
The trunk of unit 2 was estimated to be over$1000 in damage.
Unit 1 exited her vehicle and provided unit 2 with her driver's license, but did not provide any insurance
before leaving the scene.
Unit 1 driver was Rosemary Nkechi Odoh (DOB 01/20/1963) identified by the WADL provided to unit 2.
Rosemary was driving her white 2024 Toyota Highlander(CLV8224/WA)VIN/5TDKBRCHXRS610815.
Unit 2 stated she did not notice any damage to unit 1.
I provided the case number to Amina.
Since unit 1 stopped and provided limited driver info I did not develop probable cause for a hit and run
attended.
