Thank you for your comments on the 4th Dimension Mixed-Use Building (LUA25-000193) related to the
discovery of cultural/archeological resources, the installation of native plants and mature trees on the
site, and dark sky compliant lighting. Your comment has been included in the official project file and you
have
been made a party of record to the project. Staff will consider your concerns during review of the project
and incorporate them into the staff report for the
