NARRATIVE
I was heading east on Sunset Blvd and was stopped at the traffic light at the intersection of Sunset Blvd and the northbound
entrance for 1-405 when a car rear ended me. I pulled to the side of the road, but the car that hit me kept going on east bound
Sunset Blvd. I followed him to the next traffic light, but he turned right and sped off at a high rate of speed. I elected to not
follow him. I don't know the make/model but it was white and the license plat number(I got when we stopped at the next
light)was a Washington plate numbered CSH520.
