3. EQUIPMENT GROUND WIRE & BARE WIRE SHALL BE SECURELY FASTENED TO THE GROUND LUG INSIDE THE POLE
HANDHOLE. ALL BONDING & GROUNDING CONNECTIONS SHALL REMAIN ACCESSIBLE FOR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE.
4. IF THE FIXTURE MANUFACTURER HAS MADE PROVISIONS FOR THE ATTACHMENT OF A GROUND WIRE, A GREEN INSULATED
WIRE, SIZED TO MATCH THE LARGEST CURRENT CARRYING CONDUCTORS, SHALL BE RUN FROM THE FIXTURE TO THE POLE
GROUND LUG.
