HomeMy WebLinkAboutAddendum - 1Docusign Envelope ID: 2326BAAB-7CD7-4659-BF43-204D72049B2D AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PAG-25-003 AGREEMENT WITH KING COUNTY FOR UTILITY LOCATES AND BORINGS ALONG THE CEDAR RIVER TRAIL THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as September 4, 2025, is by and between the City of Renton (the "City"), a Washington municipal corporation, and King County ("Permittee"), a home rule charter county and political subdivision of the State of Washington. The City and the Permittee are referred to collectively in this Amendment as the "Parties." Once fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as of the last date signed by both parties. Whereas, the City agreed to the terms under Agreement PAG-25-003, dated July 22, 2025 to grant the permittee the right to conduct borings and utility potholing tests (referred to herein as the "Agreement"); Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the time of performance or "Termination Date" of the agreement in order to extend the lease term. NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that the Agreement is amended as follows: 1.Time of Performance: Section 3. Term of the Permit, first sentence, is amended to "The Term of this Permit shall begin on full execution of this Permit Agreement and shall terminate at 11 PM on October 31, 2025." 2.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if fully set forth herein.
