Narrative:
The following incident occurred in the City of Renton, in the County of King in the State of
Washington.
On 9-7-25 at approximately 1825 I contacted Hoang Tran via phone about a hit and run to his parked
car.
Tran was parked at the Fortune Casino at 3650 East Valley Road between the hours of 1300 and
1815hrs, in the southwest section of the parking lot. He stated that while he was inside playing poker
for the 5 hours, an unknown vehicle hit the driver's door of his unattended vehicle causing a melon
size dent.
He had no vehicle description but said the car had some white on it as there was white paint tran fer on
his car.
Tran said the casino might have video; however, he said his car was parked close to East Valley Road.
No suspect information.
