Statements have been paraphrased and summarized. On 09-08-2025 1 was working as a police officer in a fully marked, department issued uniform, patrolling in a marked police vehicle for the city of Renton. At approximately 1441 hours I was dispatched to a non-injury non-blocking accident at the intersection of NE 11 th PL/Lynwood Ave NE, City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington. I gathered from the call notes, the reporting party(Narvelleta L. Daniels-Pearson (DOB 01-24-1956)) reported that there was a single motor vehicle collision versus a street sign. The street sign was laying down and there were no injuries. Dispatch advised that the vehicle in question was a silver 2005 Chevrolet Impala (license plate#GS00557/WA). Dispatch further advised that Narvelleta had an unconfirmed warrant out of the Renton Police Department (OCA/1A0594707). I arrived on scene and found the stop sign on the south side of the intersection. The stop sign Laid flat on the grass. I could also see that the base of the wooden pillar was damaged and had Left a hole the size of a small basketball in the ground. I also observed Narvelleta inside of her vehicle just west of the stop sign. Narvelleta's vehicle had minor rear end damage, and Later she advised that the damage to the front of her vehicle was existing and not related. Narvelleta advised the following occurred: Narvelleta drove southbound on the 1200 block of Lynwood Ave NE with the intent to go to Grocery Outlet. Narvelleta's nephew told her that he was at Walgreens right by 3000 block of NE Sunset Blvd, so she attempted to turn around to meet him. Narvelleta turned east towards the fence, and reversed west towards the stop sign at NE 11th Pl/Lynwood Ave NE. Narvelleta felt a bump hit the rear of her vehicle, but she did not think much of it.As Narvelleta drove northbound on Lynwood Ave NE, Narvelleta observed that the stop sign had fallen right behind her. Narvelleta pulled over nearby and called the police to report the incident. This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State. !declare underpenalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct. Also, Narvelleta had said that the damage to the rear of her vehicle was new and likely came from the collision. While I spoke with Narvelleta she gave me no indication that she was under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. I gathered Narvelleta's driver's license, and she provided me with valid insurance information. I did not issue any civil or criminal citations to Narvelleta. I gave Narvelleta a copy of the case number to reference this incident. Due to the call volume, I verbally advised Narvelleta of her warrant and told her to take care of it as soon as she could. I contacted Renton Front Counter to notify our streets department about the stop sign. I completed the Origami city incident report to document the damaged stop sign. This concludes my involvement in this case. 1 certify(declare) under penalty of perjury under the laws of the state of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct. Electronically signed by J.
