EG27035 CASE# 25-7630 O OF COLLISION TIME 09/01/25 22:56 NARRATIVE Renton Case #25-7630 On 09/01/2025 at 2257 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of SE Petrovitsky RD/116th Ave SE in the City of Renton, King County, Washington. I was responding to a call of an unknown injury accident. This incident was captured on my body worn video camera. This report is a summation of events that occurred and is not an exact sequence of events. At approximately 2302 hours, I arrived on scene located the two involved vehicles. Unit 2 vehicle was blocking westbound traffic on SE Petrovitsky RD and Unit 1 vehicle was just north of the intersection. I identified Unit 1 as a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach (WA LIC#CDX6307) being driven by the wife of the registered owner, identified by her WA DOL photo as Hayley E Goelzer (DOB 08/12/1985). Unit 1 driver told me she was not injured. I asked Unit 1 driver what happened, she stated she was driving westbound on SE Petrovitsky RD when she proceeded through the 116th Ave SE intersection. Unit 1 driver said that upon entering the intersection, Unit 2 vehicle turned in front of her, causing a collision. Unit 1 driver said that at the time of entering the intersection, she believed she had a green light. Damage was observed to the front bumper of Unit 1 vehicle as a result of the collision. Unit 1 driver provided me with her WADL, registration and proof of insurance. After airing the information for Unit 1 driver via radio, dispatched advised that Unit 1 driver's license was suspended in the 3rd degree. identified Unit 2 as a 2008 Honda CR-V (WA LIC #CPB2404) being driven by the registered owner of the vheicle, identified by her WA DL as Delmy L Torres-Cerrato (DOB 09/02/1980). As Unit 2 driver was Spanish speaking, all communication was done via language line. Unit 2 driver said that she was traveling eastbound on SE Petrovitsky RD when she entered the left turn lane upon approaching 116th Ave SE. Unit 2 driver said that upon receiving a protected green turn light, she proceeded through the intersection where she was struck by Unit 1 vehicle in the middle of the intersection. I observed significant damage to the front right bumper/quarter panel unit 2 vehicle. As the front airbags of Unit 2 vehicle had been deployed because of the collision. Renton Fire was dispatched for a pre-cautionary evaluation of Unit 2 driver. No apparent injuries were observed of Unit 2 driver though she complained of left hand/wrist pain. Unit 2 driver provided me with her WA DL, registration and vehicle insurance. Photographs were taken of both vehicles at the scene, along with the sustained vehicle damage to each unit. All photos were later uploaded to Axon Evidence. All observed damage was consistent with the version of events provided both Unit 1 and Unit 2 drivers. I provided each involved unit with a business card, case number and answered their remaining questions. I also informed Unit 1 driver that because she had been operating a motor vehicle while her license was suspended in the 3rd degree, she would be receiving a criminal citation in the mail. I then confirmed Unit 1 driver's current mailing address and later authored Sector citation #5A0731548 and PAGE 3 OF 5 REPORT NO. EG27035 CASE# 25-7630 O OF COLLISION TIME 09/01/25 22:56 NARRATIVE sent it to the Renton Prosecuting Attorney. Unit 2 vehicle was removed from the scene by Gene Meyer Towing and Unit 1 vehicle was driven away by Unit 1 driver. I then cleared the scene. This ends my report.
