Case 25-7851 RTF
I was working as a fully uniformed City of Renton Police Officer in a fully marked City of Renton, Police
Car as unit#3R12.All events took place in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington unless
otherwise noted.
This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.Statements
have been paraphrased and summarized.At the time of this call my body worn camera was activated.
On 9/8/2025, at 1939 hours, I was dispatched via phone for a report if a hit and run collision that had
occurred in the parking lot of Valley Medical Center.
I spoke with the reporting party and registered owner of the victim vehicle,Jaspreet Singh DOB
(05/11/2024).Jaspreet explained that he and his father Jagjit Singh DOB(04/01/1963), share a 2014
Toyota Camry,with WA plate AWR2654. Jaspreet stated that his father and he both work a Valley
Medical Center, and that towards the end of their shift, around 1700 hours, his father moved the vehicle
to the parking lot in front of the entrance to the Hospital.
Jaspreet stated between 1700- 1900 hours an unknown vehicle caused severe scratches on the left rear
driver's quarter panel.Jaspreet stated his father does not remember if there was a vehicle parked next to
him in the parking lot. On 09/09/2025, Jaspreet took a photo of the exact spot in parking lot A where their
vehicle had been parked.
The vehicle was parked facing west towards Valley Medical Center,facing the covered sidewalk.Jaspreet
provided me the photos of the damage to his vehicle as well as the photo of where the vehicle had been
parked. I uploaded all photos to evidence.com.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

I contacted Valley Medical Security and showed the photo of where Jaspreet's vehicle had been parked.
They advised that there are not any working cameras that face that parking lot. I provided Jaspreet with a
case number over the phone and advised him to contact his insurance company.
There is not any suspect information or suspect vehicle information currently.

true and correct.
