SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of Clip Training
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review is Amendment No. 1 toTAG-24-006 packet with EnterOne
(previously TLG Learning). This packet authorizes payment of the attached EnterOne quote,
in the amount of $8,548.25 ($7,750.00 plus tax) for the annual renewal of Clip Training. The
currentrenewal term is 10/01/2025 – 09/30/2026.
Clip Training isan eLearning platform housing thousands of training videos that cover all
aspects of Microsoft 365 tools. It is used city-wide as atraining resource for staff.

Terms and Conditions
Renewal pricing is fixed for up to 800 Licenses, ClipTraining. ҃This is a single
purchase for the year 10/2025 to 10/2026. ҃Purchase must be complete and monies
received before expiration to keep the licenes active. Cancellation does not apply
as this is a purchasse of the up to 800 licenses for a 1 year period and cannot be
prorated or returned.
