This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-035 with TD
Synnex/DLT Solutions, LLC. This packet authorizes payment of Invoice # SI709142, in the
amount of $2,250.02, for the addition of one AutoCAD license. This license has been pro-
rated to align with our current expiration date of 03/15/2026. The initial purchase is being
funded by CED.
The Public Works and Community & Economic Development departments use AutoCAD for
their computer-aided design and drafting software.
