Hello,
King County Parcel No. 8011100105 has a SFR and one detached ADU. The property owner is in permitting for an additional ADU.
As a result, the City has added a unit letter to the main SFR, is changing the address of the existing detached ADU, and adding an
address to the planned detached ADU currently in construction/permitting. Please see the address change table and map snip,
below:
