structures authorized by this permit a: any time, said change or removal to be made at the sole expense of the party or
y parties to whom this permit is Issued, or their successors and assigns.

ference with any of the State's work and the State of Washington shall In no wise be held liable for any damage to the grantee

This permit or orivilege shall not be deemed or held to be an exclusive one and shall not prohibit the State from granting
other permits or frcnchise rights of like o- other nature to other public or private utilities, nor shall it prevent the Staw from
using any of its roads, streets, or public pieces, or affect its tight to full supervision and contra over all or any part of them,
none of which is hereby surrendeted.
The Director of Highways may revoke, annul, change, amend. amplify, or terminate this permit or any of the conditions
enumerated if grantee falls to comply with any or all of its provisions, requirements ar regulations as herein set forth
ough wilful or unreasonable neglect, fails to heed or comply with ne•'ces gi,en or if the utility herein granted is not
iustalled or operated and maintained in conformity herewith or at all or for any cause or rein, n whatsoever.
The party or parties to whom this permit is issued shall maintain at his or their sole expense the structure or object for
which this permit is granted in a condition satisfactory to :he Director of Highways.
In accepting this permit the grantee, his successors and assigns.. agree that any damage or injury done to the propert;r of
the grantee Cr any expense incurred by buy, through the operation „f a Contractor, working for the State or of any State em-
ployee shall be at the sole expense of the grantee, his successors or assigns.

and roadside shall be left neat and presentable and satisfactory to the engineer.
All of the work herein contemplated shall be done under the supervision end to the satisfaction of the Director of High-
ways and the entire expense of said supervision shall be borne by the party or parties to whom this pern,it is issued.
