Conner and the Rryn Mawr-Lake Ridge Sewer District. You will remember
that we had previously mode certain recommendations at o "Committee of
the Whole- meeting several weeks ago.
wa understand the facts to be as follows: Mr. John Clnnot a builder,
is the donor of ctstain properties within the City Limits of Renton
whirb he is proposing to plat preparatory to making improvement•
thereon, like City of Renton, at the present item, is unable to
provide immer service to the area in question for several reasons,
including possible leek of sufficient assessed valuation, topography
of the land and the ties it would take to wake such improvements.
The Bryn Now-Lake Ridge Sewt District is tenable to the construction
of a matter system within the area it be plotted and to allow for the
discharge into its trunk line. 4r. Conner is agreeable to install the
sewer system within the area to be platted at his sole cc•t and expevo.

to be wade between municipolitie• and sever districts for the oischergo
into its Rower system of sewage ties, all or any part or parts of ouch
City or MMt district upon such tares and conditions and for such
periods of time as may be devoted reasonable, our odggettion would be

Atyn Mawr-Lake Ridge Sewer District and prior thereto, a joint .rating

the City of Renton and the City would be responsible for the ordinary

p.'nviding for the District to accept and dispose of the sewage collected
