proposed A ,reement under the. Municipal Water anc Sewer Facili-
ties Act, pursuant to the request of Mr. John P. Lycette, Jr.
as per his letter of November 23, 1966.
Would you please be good enough to insert the necessary inform-
ation in paragrapt. 1 an0 then submit name, prior to the City's
execution, to Mr. Lycette for his approval and execution by hir
clients.
As previously mentioned to you, on several occasions, it is our
understanding that such agreement should actually be. entered
into prior to the installation of the proposed improvement, not
afterwards. Furthermore, it should be understood that the ari-
ginal of said agreement should be recorded , so as to give notice
to the public of said improvement.
If we can be. of any further help to y- , in this regard, please
let us know.

.� Dear Mr. Wilson:
J I represent Mr. Jack Curran and Mr. Howard Keller.
They are building the Bonanza Restaurant on 7th Avenue.
They installed an 8 inch sewer line to service the property.
The newet line was built so that it would service other
property .
Mr. Curran haca an agreement with the otherproperty
owners who would benefit by the installation of the sewer
that they would pay their proportionate part. Based upon
this, he put in an 8 inch sewer line rather than a 6 in-)-
sower line. Mr. Curran has now been advised that those
property owner who had agreed to participate in the cost
of the sewer lice are nct going to participate,so that he
will have to bear the entire expense himself.
Pherefore, on his behalf I am making a request that
a late comers agreement be prepared by your office and that

you give him such assistance as you can to obtain payment
for the sewer line that will benefit other property owners.
Please contact me if there is any gaestion concerning
this . If I can supply other information < r have Mr. Curran

description of their property. It is located on Rainier
Avenue,
There exists on the property a fire hydrant together
with a four inch pressure main dixected :o it. There is no
easement nor right of anyone to have the fire hydrant on
the property aad consequently it it going to be removed
islmediately. tart of it runs under the Steak Rowe that
is presently being constructed on the property.
A copy of this letter is going to the Fire Department
of Renton, the Water Departmeat of Benton and the Lngineerins
Department of Benton. If vsu would like to have the fire
hydrant re-located, please contact Mr. Curran in care of
