Valley Hi jh- way. The occomi,anyin3 drawin shov s the proposed building location and the route of connection to the existing sewer. Several months ago when the proiect was in the early design stages, i reviewed the sorer connection with the Ciry Engineer, fiv. '41sor., and he indicates his .oncurrenre with the feaslbillty of the connection, and suggested the route indicated on the drawings. SANITARY SEWER FILE August 23, 1971 W. 43rd and East Valley Highway Sewer Construction P. meeting was held with representatives of Kent, the Architectural firm and the Citv of Penton, including Ken Krider, Dick Houghton, Vic TeGantvoort, Bert McHenry from the City of Renton; Don !dickstrom and a Construction Inspector from the City of Kent and Mr. Johnson from the Architectural firm administering the contract. Results of the meeting indicated that: (1 ) Problem conditions involving restoration and placement of backfill on the sewer in the City of Penton and loss of traffic connector and detector equipment had been sustained. (2) Ken Krider would provide an estimate of cost and charges to Mr. Johnson. !!e would then relay the cost data and recommendations relative to f nal acceptance to the Massart Company through the contractor that they have performing the overall work.
