This application inadvertently failed to mention that this sewer line not only will serve properties South of :arr Road within the City of Renton, but will also make sewer service available to properties east of Springbrook Road between S .E 168th �,t. and Carr Road. The City of Renton hereby requests that our franchise request he amended to include a service area east of `' ,,rinjbrook Road between S.E. 163th St. and Carr Road. Attached are ti,ree k31 sketches and a legal 3escription indicating the proposed service area. Developers with- in the City of Renton south of Carr Road require that the sewer vain between Carr Road and the Metro Trunk at South 171t,i St. be constructed as soon as possiaie. A permit request has been filed with Mr. Loutsis, Property Mana4ement Division, for their consideration. McHenry, Assistant City Engineer Please. prepare a franchise request for the area south of Sunset Boulevard West and west of the west city limits for sewer and water main facilities to the apartment house site. Evidently the City Council approved extension of sewers to that location at a recent meeting. I - Check with Ron Olson on water facilities and Dick Houghton on sewer facilities necessary f>r the location. Please pkapare a permit request for the construction of the sewe- line in Springbrook Road from Carr Road to South 177th St. (for Carriage Corp.) We have already transmitted a request to the County Administrator, John Spellman, requesting the franchise for the portion of Springbrook Road between south 1774h-St-. and Carr Road. Chris Loutsis indicated we should transmit our request for franchise tc the County Administrator's office and our request for permit to his office.
