Having reviewed the sewer line in Empire Way in light of
your request dated February 18, 1981 , phase be advised
that said sewer line appears to have suf` icient capacity
for an additional 400 units .

RE: EMPIRE ESTATES PHASE II

Dear Mr. Houghton:
I
First City Developments , Corp. is investigating the feasibility
of developing the 23 acre parcel adjacent to the north boundary
of Empire Estates on the west side of Empire Way.
Please advise me without regard to political considerations
whether the city' s sewer system has the technical ability and
capacity to serve a development of up to 400 units .
