Gentlemen:
Reichard Distributing Co., Inc. and Renton Concrete Products,
Inc. have mutually agraud by and beiwoen themselves to share the
cost of installing a certain eight-inch side sewer parallelirq
Seventh Avenue to serve the properties either owned or leaned by
said companies. Thu total coat of this installation, according
to bid cost provided by Gesner and Brown, contractors, including
state sales tax, is $2,310.00. Renton Concrete Products, Inc, and
Reinhard Distributing Co. , Inc. desire to enter into an agreement
,nd conveyance regarding this sewer line and appurtances with the
City of Renton, in accordance with the City's standard form of agree-
ment which provides for the collection by the City o: charges male
for latecomers, and remission of those charges to tha pe sons
responsible for payment of the initial cost of construction.
We therefore request that the City Council take appropriate
action to authorise the execution on behalf of the City of its
standard form of agreement with Reinhard Distributinq Co., Inc.
and Renton Concrete Products, Inc, with respect to the sewer line
described above.

Re. Newly Constructat Sanitary Sewer Line in South 7th Strtet
Door Mr. Wilson,
Rinehart Distributing Company is Presently constructing an
extension to the sanitary satyr line in s"th +th Street from the vicinity
of Shattuck Avenue South westerly approximately 135 ?set. Thin line is
being constructed to service the Rocket Station on the northeast corner
of 7th and Rainier and Renton ' ncrete Products located on the soatherly
side of South 7th Street.
The cost of this sever extension is to be shared between both
Rinehart Distributing Company and Penton Concrste Products. Rinehart
Distributing Company is now requesting a sanitary sewer late-eamar's
agreement covering any tutu" connections to this line. Renton Coaerete
Products Company, however, would now Ilk* to immediately connect to
this line, and has agreed to pay their share of the late-comer's
agreement when these costs have been determined. This arrangement is
satisfsatory to us and we would therefore approve Renton Concrvts
Vroducts connection to our sanitary sewer main with the understanding
they pay their late-comers cost as so as these caste have been dater-
mined.
