Re: Sewer Connection for 1313 N. 38th Street
Dear Sir:
The necessary Field work and engineerir has been completed for the
extension of the sanitary seller main in N. 38th Street.
Upon your request, we will stake the line for construction. Your
contractor may then proceed provided proper permits and licenses are
obtained and a proper bond is in force.
Because the construction is in the public right-of-way, a bond in the
amount of $1 ,000.00 must be on file in the Engineering Department, a
street excavation permit ($18.00) and a sewer connection permit
($10.00) are als- required. The contractor must be licensed by the State
and have a City business license.
All costs incurred will be your responsibility.
