Central, Suite B .cent, Washington 99031 subjects langocres Auction Barn - Sf,woz Connection Gentlemen, We trove received the plot plan for the above referenced project and have sane comments relative to aswer connection. The manhole which you show as the correction point is the manhole where the Tukwila interceptor conn*ct -9 therefore, the connection should be moved vast along the Tukwila trunk and the connection made into the line itself. This line then would be a join* use and there is a latecomer charge of $11.28 per front foot. This would be $3384.56 for the property involved. (300.05 x $11.23 - $3684.56) The connection would require core drilling into the side of the trunk and inserting in 8" cast pipe and grouting the joint. We would also draw your attention to the fact that there are other under- ground pipes in the general vicinity and you should locate each before any construction begins. Very truly yours, Richard C.
