The City, will not assume responsibility for these lines and will not accept transfer of ownership from Dura Development. The sanitary saver mains will remain as side sewers, the responsibility of the property owners for main- tenance and operation. Use of these sanitary sewers will be allowed only after these conditions are met. 1. As-built plans of the sanitary sewers are supplied on a reproducible media. 2. The latecomer's fee is paid in full. 3. The sanitary sewers meet field tests and inspection per City of Renton requirements. If you have any question, please contact my office at 235-2631.
