Beginning at the Northeast corner of the plat of President Park ap as recorded
in Volume 53 of plats oage 6J, records of King County, 4;ishington; said point also
being the Southeast corner of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter
of said Section; thence North 380 24' 34" West a distance of 67.23 feet to the true
point of beginning; then':e continuing North 8C0 24' 34" West a distance of 68 feet;
thence North 10 29' 17" East a distance of 100 feet; thence South 880 24' 34" East
a distance of 57,13 feet; thence `forth 240 39' 17" East a distance of 25.68 feet;
thence in a Southeasterly direction along the arc of a curve to the left with a
radius of 130 feet, through a central angle of 30 49' 30", a distance of 20.02 feet;
thence South 240 39' 17" Wesv a distance of 45.80 feet; thence South 10 29' 17" West
a distance of 74.57 feet to ti,e true point of beginning.
The centerline of said utility easement being described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corn_r of the above described property; thence
South 10 29' 17" West along the Westerly line of the above described property a
distance of 5 feet to the true point of beginning of said centerline; thence South
88° 24' 34" East a distance of 74.95 feet to a point on the Easterly line of the
above described pronerty; said point bearing South 24° 39' 17" West a distance of
24.20 feet from the most Easterly corner cf the above described property.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
Said temporary construction easement wall remain in force during construction
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the
operation and maintenance: by the Grantee but not later than

have the right, without prior nonce or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter unnn said above described property for the purpose

taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be

right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
` disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
including the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
line. However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under

Y This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are the lawful owners of Lhe above properties and that they have a good and
