W oJECT: Engineerin5 Consideration for Storm Sewer and
Sanitary Sewer Design
Dear Mr. Touma,
I went to take vhis opportunity to thank you for your assistance
on the Green Tree Project and to outline my understanding of the
conclusions which were reached during our meeting July 9, 1975.
STORM SEWER
1. The storm. sewer system shall be designed to in-
sure no increase in the runoff from the developed
site wwRen compared to the undeveloped site.
2. An engineering report outlining the design method
will be submitted and will include items such as
assumptions, percolation test results, etc.
3. The out-flow from the project will be constructed to
permit connection to the existing 15" diameter storr,.
drain in Sunset Boulevard at the southwest corner of
the site.
SANITARY SEWER
1. The plans and profiles will he completed on the City
of Renton Department of Engineering paper which has
been provided.
