SUBJECT: Sewers to Plat of Isle and Lake Addition
Located at North 38th Street
Dear Mr. Pillon:
there are certain items that will have to be done to the sewer system
(to the aforementioned property) before it will be accepted by the
City.
1. The channelization of the existing manhole in North 38th
Street (where this system was connected) will have to be
repaired.
2. The last manhole in the sewer run is covered and will
have to be raised to grade.
3. A sews as-built of said sewer system will have to be
submitted to the City.

The Utilities Division is in basic agreement with this plat. however, there 1
are several items within Addition 01 and k2 which must be completed before the Division can give its' final approval.
1. N_ 36th Street Water Main Late Comer's Fees '
All of Division kl and 02 is subject to late comer's fees for a
watermain installed in N. 38th street. These fees must be paid
before approval.
2. Watermain Extension on Lake Washington Blvd
A short wat-rmain oxtension along Lake Washington Blvd. is required.
T'-is short pipe shall be R" C.I. or D.T. pipe. See plan for diagram.
3. Sanitary Sewar Extension .4
A sanitary sower must be extended from Addition 82 into Addition R1 3
as shown on the plans. This project must be completed haiore final »#�
