SUBJECT: Sewers to Plat of Isle and Lake Addition
Located at North 38th Street
Dear Mr. Pillon:
There are certain items that will have to be done to the sewer system
(to the aforementioned property) before it will be accepted by the
City.
1. The channelization of the existing manhole in North 38th
Street (where this system was connected) will have to be
repaired.
2. The last manhole in the sewer run is covered and will
have to be raised to grade.
3. A sewer as-built of said sewer system will have to be
submitted to the City.
Your earliest attention to the above items would be apprecivted.
