We have reviewed your request and at this time it is our opinion that this work should be your State costs and not the City's The sanitary sewer is a major sewer interceptor that serves the Victoria Hills neighborhood and lies in the Puget Drive right-of-way. in your new work along SR-515's siltation/detention pond, a New Jersey barrier was designed in. During your field construction, a large concrete anchor was being field installed right on top of our B" PVC sewer. Thic work was unacceptable and a 14' run of ductile iron pipe was directed to be se, ,ned into the line to protect the sewers. Protection of the sewer from yoLr work is essential to 35sure public health and safety. Your field installation was, in the opinion of our field staff, unacceptable.
