Dear Pastor Woods!
The Board of Directors of Rentnn School District No. 403, at their regular
meeting held March 17, 1977 approved your request for an access easement
of approximately 500 feet for the installation of a sanitary sewer line
to serve the proposed First Church of the Nazarene.
The request for the easement will be granted provided the Church agrees
to the followlrg conditions:
1. All work be initiated after June 20, 1977 and completed
prior to August 12, 1977.
2. The Church will furnish the District a Hold Harmless
Agreement.
3. The Church will furnish the District a Performwnce Bond
to assure the restoration of the disturbed area to its
original condition.
4. The Church will a. ,{aw all costs relating to the preparation
of the necessary legal dranuents for the requested easement.

1. Water plan is required to be signed and stamped with Hr. Shupe Holmberga
P.E. seal and labeled "As-Built".
2. Cost Data and Inventory
3. Utility Easement signed by church.
SANITARY SEWER
1. Sanitary Sever Easement to be prepared covering the vest 10 feet of the
church property adiacent to Union Avenue N.E.
2. Sanitary Sewer plan is required to be signed by Ken Oyler and stamped
with his P.E. seal and labeled "As-Built".
3. Cost Data and Inventory
