An easement 15.00 feet in width lying 5.00 feet north and 10.00 feet south, when
measured at right angles, of a centerline being a portion of Lots I1 and 3 of the
TINO CUGINI SHORT FIAT /2, 1384-79, recorded under Auditor's File 07910189001,
records of King County, Washington, said centerline being more particularly described
as follows:
Comencing at the northeast corner of said Lot Y3;
Thence along the easterly line thereof S. 01*08126" W. 4.09 feet to the true point
of beginning of this centerline description;
Thence S. 89422'34" W. 73.69 fast to the terminus of this centerline description
and from said terminus said northeast corner beers N. 86.12130" E. 73.93 feet
distant.
The etdelines of this easament shall be so shorts or lengthened so as to terminate
to arid easterly line of said Lot 03.

the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, �t such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or, reconstructing said utilities, or making
any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or liability
therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairing, altering or
reconstruction of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that the
private Improvements existing in the rights)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The C antor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, including
the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utilities. However,
the grantor shall not erect buildings or Structures over, under or across the
right-of-way during the existence of such utilities.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and Shall be binding
on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above prooerties and that they have a good and lawful
right to execute thhiiss- agreement.
