above referenced project as follows:

Harman f, Mendoza, Inc. $6,800.D0
It is therefore, the recomendation of this department that the low bid
in the amount of $6,500.00 presented by Kohl Excavating, Inc. be accep-
ted.

Gentlemen:
P.nclosed is a sketch of a piece of s" ductile iron sewer line that the
Cit, of Banton would like to have installed. This line -ill replace a
clay fine which is approxim iv : feet north of the proposed liar.
The property owner is currently constructing a single family residonca
on the property. The south wall is 7 feet north of the south pr,perty
1 inc.
It would he appreciated if you .ould provide a lump sum bid to install
the approximate 180 I-f. of S" D.I. sewer line in accordmrcc with the
enclosed sketch. The wort involved shall cunsist of but not be limited
to installing the sewer line, trenching, eonneeting to the existing
se.vr, plugging existing cl:ry line, saw cutting, testing, pavement and
concrete restoration. Tht cleanout will he a surf ce cleanout.
Please submit bids on or before ::Oo n.m., September 3, 1990, to
lion Nonaghan in the Engineering Divi,ion. The work should he completed
.,thin In days from notice to proceed.
