This statior. will give a continuous trouble- free service with reasonable care and proper maintenance. We recommend that a maintenance program be established based on the following proced, ires. DAILY: The following items should be checked for proper operatiot Sewage pump Pumps mechanical seal Vacuum Prime System Float Switch Operation MONPRLY: Remove electrodes from vacuum prime chamber Throughly clean electrode and remove any deposits in the vacuum chamber If the elctrode is more than half consumed, replace Inspect moisture protector in vacuum system. Remove bottle and clean out any deposits. Check the float mechanism is operating freely. During the winter months, seal off ventilating louvers in the fiberglass house. During the warm weather, these louvers should be open for cooling. The pump motors are provided with pre-lubricated ball bearings which under normal operating conditions require little or no maintenance. The station should be cleaned up after each visit.
