Subject: L.I.D. #301 - Dayton Avenue N.E. Sanitary Sewers
Dear Property Owner:
Sinze the termination of L.I .D. #301 by the City Council in February 1984,
the Public Works Department has received several request from property owners
within the L. I .D. boundary to reinstate the L.I .D. and proceed with the
sanitary sewer improvements.
The Public Works Department would like to schedule an informal meeting with
all property owners involved on June 18, 1984, at 7:00 p.m. , at the Highlands
Branch Library, 2902 N.E. 12th Street. Members of the Public Works staff
will be available to answer questions.
We ask that you plan to attend and to urge the attendance of your neighbors.
