Gentlemen:
Sanitary Sewers - g3rr1 Street Plaza
Satisfactory certification pursuant to terms of Metropolitan
Council Resolution No. 2933 and construction plans for the
above project have been submitted and reviewed. The plans
are herby approved, aubject to the following;
1. Mr. Eddy Chu of this office (phone 447-6673 shall be
notified at least two working days prior to construction
in tse vicinity c' Metro's South Renton Trunk Sewer,
Manhule No. R18-6.
2. During construction, no debris shall be allowed to enter
Metro' .; trunk sewer.
3. The manhole shall be unloaded all around or structurally
supported during construction. to avoid unbalanced soar
loading.
4. Plans for dewatering adjacent to Metro facilities shall
be submitted to Mr. Eddy Chu for Metre review and dppro�al
at least five days prior to construction.
5. The connection to the; manhole shall not be backfilled
until it has been inspected and approved by Metre.
6. Metro does not guarantee the location, diameter, or
,tub invert elevation; therefore, a field verification
is recommended prior to construction.
