Oct 23, 1965. The pre-qualification submittals will be reviewed by the Engineer and the City staff for conformance with the criteria, and the experience and general capability of the proposed bidder to complete the work proposed. All submitting parties will be notified both by letter and by addendum whether they have been approved to submit a bid on this project.
